************* UNION ELECTION UPDATE NOTICE *************
- Mailed in ballots ‘received by’ date has been extended to 8:00am April 16, 2025.
- The in-person election date has been changed to April 16, 2025, in room 207. The polling times are 6:45am-7:45am. 11:30am-1:00pm and 4:00pm-5:00pm. Please be prepared to show either your union card or a photo ID to vote.
- Mailed ballots collected at 8:00am on April 16, 2025, will be verified by the member list and compared to the in-person voting list after 5:00pm. If a member chooses to vote in-person and a ballot for that member is also in the collected mail ballots, the mailed ballot will NOT be counted. As the in-person ballot will override the mailed ballot.
- If you know that your address is incorrect or want to verify your address with the election committee, please contact us immediately so we can get you a ballot if you have yet to receive one.
- Candidates have the right to have an observer for the ballot pickup, election polling, and tallying of ballots. If you wish to be an observer, please notify the election committee prior to April 16, 2025. Only the election committee/helpers, known observers, and active voters will be allowed in the polling room. Observers cannot campaign for a candidate, or help/interfere with the election or ballot count while in or just outside of room 207. They can only observe.

- The April GMM has been moved to 7:00pm on April 16, 2025. You can attendin room 307 or via Zoom.
- Election results will be announced at the April GMM, posted to the union bulletin boards and the web site on the evening of April 16, 2025, after ballots have been tallied and verified.
