Fact Sheets and Information about PSHB

Postal Service Health Benefits (PSHB) is replacing Federal Employees Health Benefits (FEHB) next year. Open season for selecting your benefits including your health care plan is November 11 – December 9.

All of the official updates about the Postal Service Health Benefits Plans (PSHB)  are coming directly from USPS and the Office of Personnel Management (OPM).

The training about the changes are now available to all postal employees and postal retirees. Information on how to sign up is below.

  • Keeping Posted has information for PSHB. Click on the Health Benefits tab; then PSHB. This website also has informational videos that move at a helpful pace. An annuitant fact sheet that references rules as it applies to age (over and under age 64) and dates. As well as special Enrollment Period (SEP) information for retirees that have not enrolled in Medicare B. Dates will be posted for lunch and learn webinars; usually conducted on Thursdays.

  • Text PSHBP to 39369 to join an informational text list and take classes conducted by the USPS
